How long goes such an agreement run?

I would normally suggest an initial three month period which can be continued on a rolling month-by-month basis thereafter.

How can you afford to do this?

Don’t get me wrong, I want and expect to be earning more than $650 a month. The $650 is to cover expenses and ensure we both have “some skin in the game.” Longer term, I expect to be earning more through performance payments or commissions. But, as you will only be making such payments once you have seen the results, that is no bad thing for you either.

How much are the long-term performance or commission payments?

That will depend upon you and your business. We will work together to agree a long-term payment structure that makes sense to both of us. A win-win. But it may be that we do not even agree that until after the initial three months as that gives us time to become familar with each other. And for sales during that period? Just pay me what you think is fair.
