The Business Development Group was a course created, devised and delivered by myself through my business in the UK, Mole & Honey Associates. The program involved working with between eight and twelve owner/managers of local businesses. Progressively the group worked through all aspects of business development, always with an emphasis on practical application. The particular modules were:

• Strategic Planning
• Business Structure
• Marketing (in two parts)
• Operations
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Sales

The program was delivered through: 

• Monthly discussion seminars for the whole group
• Original Workbooks
• One-on-one counseling

Results

Different participants always have different objectives and, therefore, their success comes in different ways:

• Long-term development

Based on the principle of working on rather than working in your business, the program helped participants get a handle on their business in a very practical way and move them towards their goals.
