The Dilemma for the Small/Medium sized business
Everyone knows that sales is the lifeblood of the company. That marketing is the key to unlocking your companies real potential. And tying that all together with strategic insight and understanding is fundamental. There is no doubt, having the right person working for you is invaluable: their contribution immeasurable.
But as a small business, you need even more. You don't have time to train or micro-manage. You need a person who is experienced and proven, a trusted self-starter.
